Deposition (copy), Thomas Love, Chickasaw Nation, to Samuel Mitchell, deposing that in 1783 on the death of John McIntosh, father of John McIntosh, lately deceased, he was employed to convey the property of the elder John McIntosh to William McIntosh; that he had heard the younger John McIntosh say that they had gotten all of the property of his father and what he had was his own; and that as the younger John McIntosh left for the West, he indicated should he not return, what he had belonged to his wife.
