In talking with my nephew over the weekend he told me that he finally got in touch with his attorney Michael Crosby and his attorney told him that Judge Kosta Vlahos has until April 14, 2002 to make his decision. This is so wrong. My family has contacted Dateline and 48 hours and they want the story. i don't want to send them the information but, what other alternative do I have now. No justice was served in this case. If Robert's attorney had done his job this would not have even gone to court. i will wait to hear from you til 12/14/01. if i have no answer by then i will be forced to go to the media with this story. I WANT JUSTICE TO BE SERVED I WANT MY NEPHEW TO COME HOME.
