As the owner of an agency that collects outstanding fines for 14 Mississippi, Justice & Municipal Courts, quite often I see that D.H.S. has filed a negative credit-bureau rating against persons who owe child support. In our course of work, many times we locate these people and if the State would allow a 3rd party agency to collect on a contingency basis, we could assist D.H.S. in their efforts and do so without a budgeted overhead. I would be pleased to discuss this matter with you.
