The heroic people that perished taught us a valuable lesson about compassion and love for humanity that will never be forgotten. However, these terrorists knew nothing about the American Spirit. We stood together through this crisis, and we healed. We emerged stronger than ever before through our pride and our faith in God. Team up with the Clarksdale Fire Department, as we celebrate Fire Prevention Week with a memorial service and parade in remembrance of "September 11,2001", on October 5, 2002 at 12:00 noon.
