Sam Blount of the Greater Love Church Ministries in starting a program for previously incarcerated drug offenders. Our mission is to lower the incarceration rate for repeat offenders. We would like to offer education, job training, drug counseling, housing, transportation and child care to those individuals. I am looking for any funds that are available for this project.
