I have not had any faith in DHS since my experience teaching on the coast. I spoke with students weekly on the failures of DHS. I just read an article in the Sun Herald that another social worker has quit because of the overload and pressures of not being able to help children. I DO NOT understand how our state can just sit by and keep letting this go on! You and that legislature sitting in Jackson are more concerned with rich doctors than abused children. They need to design a billboard to put at every entrance to this state that reads, "If you want to beat, rape, torture, or kill your kids and get away with it move to Harrison County." Our state absolutely disgusts me!!!!!
