As you know, the Eagle Scout Award is the highest badge of rank in Scouting and is awarded only after diligent review at the regional and national council levels. For his Eagle Project, Justin organized a group of Scouts and adults to build an amphitheater at a local elementary/middle school in Oakdale. School authorities were very pleased with the results and teachers now can bring their class outdoors to cover different subjects in an outdoor setting. Please join us in recognizing Justin for his accomplishment by sending a small gift from your state, or commendation from your office or a letter to commemorate this occasion to the address listed below.
