I have contacted Trent Lott's office numerous times and have not been afforded the courtesy of a reply. When his brother-in-law and family friend Scruggs, who is a big contributor to the senator, make millions on product liability and malpractice suits; I can understand why new Tort Reform Laws are being denied. Our family pays over $500,00 a year in liability premiums (neurosurgery, obgyn, orthopaedics, and two dentists). We as a family we refuse to treat lawyers and their families. The legal profession is destroying this country.
