City: Ripley

State: MS

Zip_Code: 38663-1936

Message: Governor Musgrove,

I write to ask you to commute the death sentence of Ronald Chris Foster, a juvenile offender. Largely because of United Nations efforts, only three countries in the world execute offenders who committed their crimes as minors: the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, and the United States of America. Do we really want to be in this company? Not me or anyone who represents me! Let Mississippi lead our nation.

I know that you are a Christian, as am I. I am a Presbyterian minister. I appeal to you in the name of Christ to do the right thing -- spare a young life!

Grace and Peace,
Darren L. Kennemer
