Message: Dear Governor Musgrove,
I have been following this issue for a while and until now have desided to let things go by without writing. Now I have desided to write because of the Nissan Expansion Package that you passed. It is obvious where the money came from to make the original bid for the Nissan plant, the education budget, but I am wondering, where is the money for this 68 million dollar incentive coming from? I am wondering if it is also coming out the state education budget also. I would really like to know the details of this matter and all possible information you can give me on it. Please send me this information as soon as possible. This matter could very well sway my vote in the next election.
