Message: Dear Governor Musgrove:

I think as the leader of this state you should give us your opininon as to whether the state flag should remain the same or be changed. I do not agree that a commission should have been formed. This is a no win situation, therefore I strongly believe you should support allowing this to be placed on the ballot so all Mississippians can have a say on this important issue. Based on an article in the Tupelo Daily Journal, you do not think the people of the state should vote on this issue. Please allow our democracy to work properly by supporting the placing of this important issue before the people to vote on. By doing this, you, nor anyone else must take the blame for the outcome.

Thanks for your consideration.

Bill Cousar
