I went to sent the form the "page cannot be displayed" came up.
If I have been blocked please let me know, like I said it is rude to ignore
someone making a request.

I want USM to pay its bills, I am owed $7,790 for labor & materials plus

I have been owed this money since 1991, when I was contracted for work
completed.
I also expect and answer, it is rude to avoid a request of the magnitude.
