Dear Governor:

We are sure you are deeply involved in addressing the urgent demand to train personnel adept at combating terrorism and we would like to assist your efforts in any way possible.

Special Readiness Services International Corporation (SRSI) is a Washington D.C. based consulting company that provides terrorism intelligence support and advanced combating terrorism education programs for the U.S. Department of Defense.

We are currently training the most elite tactical units of the U.S. Special Operations Command involved in this crisis in advanced terrorism concepts and operations, intelligence collection, force protection and critical mission survivability.

We are composed of highly experienced former military special operations and intelligence personnel ready to serve. We believe that our unique and highly specialized services and programs can enhance your important mission almost immediately:

1. Terrorist Operational Intelligence and Mission Survivability Training: SRSI offers a myriad of terrorism intelligence and survivability training programs for individuals who may be involved in the operational research, high risk investigation or direct action against terrorist groups and their cells. Our comprehensive, intensive briefings and training gives critical personnel the ability to operate collectively or independently in dangerous, austere global regions and deter risk of assassination, abduction or terrorist attack. SRSI programs offer the same training that are presented to the US Special Operations community. SRSI staff can brief up to the TOP SECRET/SCI level. Most classes are taught at the FOUO level.

2. Intelligence Support to Anti & Counter-Terrorism: SRSI specializes in tactical analyses that are specifically oriented to the special operations professional, investigator or agent who may track, investigate or confront terrorist cell members.

	Cell Structure Analysis involves analyzing the organization, roles and functions of specific members within active or suspected terrorist which offers insight into their possible future actions and targets.

	Terrorist Operations Intelligence Analysis relates to detailed reports and briefings of successful and unsuccessful terrorist incidents, including tactics and techniques:

o	Infiltration methods Overt and covert communications
o	Intelligence tradecraft Surveillance methods
o	Logistics and supply Finance and funding
o	Armament selection and usage	Scripted tactical movement
o	Terrorist Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (T-C4I)

	Predictive Intelligence Analysis. In these analyses we project the potential for future violent acts based on the tactical doctrine of a given group.

	Tactical Linguistic Intelligence. SRSI develops specialized tactical language materials for specific strategic reconnaissance missions. Terrorist prisoner handling & interrogation, liaison and Weapons of Mass Destruction identification materials and classes have been designed in Arabic, Dari-Farsi, Urdu, Uzbek, Russian, Singhalese and Spanish. These programs can train a non-linguist to conduct field interrogations in less than 16 class hours.

3. Terrorist Crisis Simulations: SRSI conducts full scale, highly realistic terrorist attack simulations designed to challenge the readiness of organizations involved in combating terrorism. Simulations are accurate as to the look, language, methods, intelligence and combat skills of actual groups. SRSI staff members have simulated terrorist cells of the Usama Bin Laden “Al Qaeda” organization for the US Navy SEALs and the US Army Special Operations Task Force for more than 3 years in over 25 simulations.

SRSI is committed to empowering you with expert knowledge, response training, and an in-depth understanding of the enemy.

Please feel free to contact us for more information at the numbers below.
