This is particularly true if the discovery law was violated. Will Mississippi accept anything less than real justice in the 21st Century. Violating legal procedures is and should be something of the past in Mississippi's history. If such a violation is allow to still occur, and it can lead to taking a man's life, then Mississippi has failed to become a civil society.
