Legilature's action in placing the flag issue on the ballot, as lacking courage, with the actions of Gov. Johnson and the 1968(?) legislature, courageously passing the local option law. Bill is apparantly too uninformed to know that the local option law provides that the law of the State is that the sale of liquor is unlawful, but each county, IN A LOCAL REFERENDUM, can opt out of the State law and choose to sell liquor!
