I live in Mississippi, and as everyone knows Mississippi is the most corrupt state in the United States. I have gone to the top to get help. It's impossible to break the "Good Old Boy" system here in Mississippi. I have a web site that will explain why I must request for help outside of Mississippi. www.mississippi.com/~mccaleb/index.html (Click on the LINK and the bottom) I need some part of the Department of Justice investigate why I as the person requesting justice from the Mississippi Attorney General, Mike Moore. He stated he could not help me. I hired two attorneys, which did nothing but take my money. Attorney Donald Rafferty was paid $1,000, no contract, and then quit eight months later. Then I hired Attorney Michael Channing Powell, he also wanted $1,000, with an $85 per hour contract, and he did nothing and let my statute of limitation run out. The Wildlife Rehabilitation & Nature Preservation Society, Inc. hired me as a contractor, on an oral contract. I spent $7,790 of my own money and to date after 10 years have not received one penny, they also stole my tools. The one reason I cannot get my money is because of Director Ben Clark, Harrison County Building Code Office, 228-832-1622, 15309 Community Road, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503. When the Wildlife Rehabilitation & Nature Preservation Society, Inc. did not obtain the necessary building permit. Ben Clark stated to me over the phone on three occasions that he would have the building torn down. But instead, he authorized the Mississippi Power Company, a coal burning power plant, and is under investigation and has been fined for not coming into compliance with the Federal Government. President Dwight Evens, dhevans@southernco.com, too hook electrical power to the building. I had hired a Master Electrician to wire the building, but not the electric panel box, he went to Director Ben Clark, Harrison County Building Code Office, and requested the proper electrical permit. He was told that since there was not a build there he could not obtain the necessary electrical permit. But 9 months later, Ben Clark authorized the Mississippi Power Company to hook power up to the building. I have requested he be investigated on several occasions but from the Governor down no one will comply. Like I have stated, their has got to be someone in the Justice Department which will investigate my complaints. I can be contacted: STEVEN A. McCALEB, 103 ALVERADO DRIVE, LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI 39560, 228-868-8428, E-MAIL: mccaleb5thdist@aol.com or wranpsscammiss@aol.com. Please read my web site it will clear up most of the question you may have. Sincerely, Steven A. McCaleb USN RETIRED FIRST COMMANDER, MILITARY ORDER PURPLE HEART CHAPTER 676, GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI.
