My name is Shoji Sugita and I am a retired principal of senior high school
in Japan.
I am researching of educational problems, comparing Japan's and foreign
country's and continue to submit some articles to the WWWs as Shoji
Sugita's home page: http://www.aba.ne.jp/~sugita/ with voluntary mind.
that is, corporal punishment, Teachers' meeting, School search and seizure,
Japanese history and so forth, and my site got already more than 85.000
access count.
Now, I researched of incompetent teachers in Japan as the under-described.
The problem is so difficult, I think, for we should appreciate tenure
of teachers, but also should consider good education for students.
So, excuse me, but, if possible for you, will you tell me some descriptions,
suggestions as for the following:
1. Do you have any standard of incompetent teachers in your State Department
of Education or Board of Education ?
2, Do you have any case of teacher to be changed to other job ?
3. And otherwise, as for incompetent teachers.
