Shortly after his death I was given on legal paper a type of recognition for his contributions during his lifetime. I want to say it was from the House of Representives. Thru the years this has been of great value to me. It has always been a reminder that one person can make a difference. And even though my fathers life was short he truly made a difference. Some how it has been lost. I know with all the problems in the world this is a very trival problem. But I would be forever greatful if you you could tell me how I could get another copy of this document.
