We confirm that our case is registered with the FBI and the CIA, and the IMN and Department of State on the said exceptional grounds, but we are unable to obtain Congressional representation as we reside outwith their states and country. We would be obliged to the Governor if his office could initiate immediate contact with the US Consulate in Edinburgh, Scotland please on this matter.
