SUMMARY
VIVIAN'S LAW WOULD
Reduce the financial burden on parents of a missing child.
Allow the state to direct the search for a missing child.
Assist in getting warrants and paperwork processed quicker.
Return many children that would otherwise remain lost.
Offer parents of missing children some piece of mind that our government
cares.
Help stop child abductions before they occur.
