I would like a ruling/opinion on how and elected official or state agency can
block public email address paid for by Mississippi voters and taxpayers.
I have been trying to request information from Chancery Clerk, John McAdams,
Gulfport County Courthouse, Gulfport, Mississippi.

Since I could not get my email through, I phoned John McAdams and asked why
my email was not getting through.
He stated that I was harassing him and that I have said some things he did
not like.
I have all of the email's I have sent too Mr. McAdams and I cannot see where
I harassed him. I can send them too you if you like.
I am requesting that I be unblocked so I can request information.
Any and everything paid for by voter and taxpayers is public and should not
be treated like they personally own these email addresses.
I am making this request to you Mr. Phil Bryant because you seem to be the
only elected official which answers my request.
