We have been referred to the Governor's Office by Governor Jeb Bush
of Florida, and the General Counsel of the Florida Law Enforcement
Agency, Mr. Michael Ramage, regarding our application for political refugee status in America, on the grounds of a well founded fear of political persecution in the U.K. since 1997.
Our case has been lodged with the American Consulate in Edinburgh,
Scotland, Consulate General Leane Dorsey, and we confirm that we have lodged full details of our application with the U.S. Department of
State.
We advise that we have also lodged our case with the F.B.I. in
Washington, Reference No.101091319142871, Password Mennov,et seperatim
also registered with the C.I.A., and the U.S. Department of Justice.
We would be obliged to the Governor for his direct intervention and input into this matter, which raises profound National Security
Issues, to assist us to contact the Federal Agencies please.
We request that the Governor's Office liaises with Governor Jeb Bush's
Office in Florida, and with the Florida Law Enforcement Agency
Department on this issue, and we further request an official
response from the Governor's Office be sent direct to our office in
Glasgow, Scotland please by e-mail.

The Governor's Office forwarded your email to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for response. The State of Florida has no jurisdiction to provide any type of "protected status" to foreigners. No state in the United States has such authority. This is solely and exclusively a matter of Federal law, handled by the United States Government. Such matters are coordinated between the U.S. Department of State and the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). I suggest you contact either or both of these entities to pursue your inquiry and request.

We lodge an application with your office for political sanctuary in Florida on political grounds which have been registered with the U.S. State Department.
We confirm that we passed this classified information to the White House firstly in October 2001.
