It was submitted by Rbert B. Levin, MD (levinbob@hotmail.com) on Monday, July 8, 2002 at 00:14:16 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Issue: Tracy Alan Hansen Street_Address: 24663 Cabrillo City: Carmel State: CA Zip_Code: 93923-8238 Phone: (831) 624-7759 Message: I work as a psychiatrist in the California Dept of Corrections. I am writing to ask that you spare Mr. Hansen's life. We all have one life to live. Hansen took the officer's. Many are crying for vengeance; an eye for an eye. Is that a value we wish to associate with? Is not forgiveness a higher calling where there are extenuating circumstances like this man's suffering in life? May God grant you wisdom as you weigh these question.
