I am writing to express my anger with the product safety at
Montgomery Ward.
Let me briefly recount my experience:
Your sweater felt very itchy on my bazooms...and it made me
mad...and now i have a rash around my nipple...
I am a new customer of Montgomery Ward. As a result of this
experience I definitely will not use Montgomery Ward again. I
definitely will tell people about this matter. I believe that this
kind of service will have a negative impact on your business.
I know that you wish to correct this situation as quickly as
possible, so I am asking that Ur sweater does not have the itch of
real wool...
