Joseph Breckinridge "Breck" Cabell, Jr. (1933-2014), was a 1951 graduate of Central High School, Jackson, Mississippi. He was a photographer for the yearbook, The Cotton Boll, and newspaper, Tiger Talks. His family owned and operated Cabell Electric Company in Jackson.
The Breck Cabell, Jr., Collection contains 2,063 black-and-white and color negatives, 313 prints, and one negative envelope. Most of the images depict students and activities of Bailey Junior High and Central High Schools, as well as family, friends, pets, and places Cabell visited. Also included are Cabell Electric Company events and staff.
