Pritchartt, Howard Jr., Lantern Slides PI/2004.0011

The Pritchartt, Howard Jr., Lantern Slides collection consists of seventy-four black-and-white and one-hundred-twenty-nine color lantern slides used during the 1930s to promote the Natchez Pilgrimage. They were donated to MDAH by Mr. Pritchartt in 2004. Scenes are mainly of the Natchez, Mississippi, area and include interior and exterior views of homes, churches, and public buildings. Some of the slides also feature reenactors in costume.
