She completed the transcription for the church’s 125th anniversary. This collection contains a mimeographic copy of a transcript of the original church ledger. At the time of transcription the ledger was owned by Liz Culpepper. The ledger contains lists of members, baptisms, deaths, minutes of church meetings, and rules of decorum. Please note that the church's name is given as Liberty Baptist Church for entries from 1845 through 1852. Beginning with 1853, the name was changed to Baptist Church of Christ at Liberty.

Technical Details
Original Scans: The Liberty Baptist Church (Lauderdale Co.) Records were scanned by Lilly Endowment grant-funded staff under the supervision of MDAH staff in 2024-2025, according to the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Board of Trustees' approved imaging procedures, following ANSI/AIIM recommended practice. The manuscript was saved as uncompressed, 24-bit RGB TIFF files at 300 pixels per inch.
Conversion: TIFF files were converted to JPEG tile sets for Internet access in 2025.
