While making a trip to Memphis Saturday morning, March 30, I called 911 to report a vehicle that had left the roadway on I-55. The vehicle had collided with a tree at mile 164 on the southbound side of the expressway and another motorist had stopped to render assistance. Whomever I reached on my wireless phone was rude and very unprofessional. I told her that a vehicle had run-off the road and crashed and before I could complete the sentence, she said, "we already know about that!" I tried to make sure it was the same vehicle at mile 164 and she repeated "we already know about that!" without letting me finish my sentence and then hung-up on me. Please forward this feedback to the proper authorities in Holmes County. I travel through there often and want to be confident in their 911 service.
