Margaret responsibilities were for compliance, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, sales office supervision of three employees, and loan closings. Margaret and Noble would often work late and spend nights in the project office. The subdivision was developed and the two hundred homes were built and sold in less than twenty-four months. During the development of White Oak they built a church and assisted the home owners in organizing White Oak home owners association. 1974, Age 32."
