On New Year's Eve, December 31, a horse drawn carriage came to the Schwarzenberg and carried Margaret to the Grand Palace for dinner and the grand ball. She was seated at a private table with her new found friends the CEO of RJR Nabisco's, European division and his wife from Brazil. The next two weeks were spent riding the world's largest Ferris Wheel, on the Pink Panther movie set meeting [Elke Sommer] and Peter Sellers, going to the Opera, touring the palace, having dinner with Eurgon and his friends at the [quaint] wine restaurants on the outskirts of Vienna, and strolling down Kriegler (Crigler) Street. The street was named after Stephan [Chriegler], Lord Mayor of Vienna in 1327. The name Kriegler was changed to Crigler when they arrived in Virginia in 1714. Before leaving Vienna the photos were chosen she wanted to keep. Eurgon put her on a bullet train to Innsbruck, Austria for Skiing and touring before they returned home. It was an adventure fit for a princess, which she was. A dream come true and would never ever be forgotten."
