Volume 2, Page 83. "In 1991 Margaret and Noble had over twenty million dollars in multifamily projects under contract. They sold their interest to a close friend from Natchez, Mississippi. Margaret supervised compliance and office work for him through 1992. Margaret did not want to retire and wanted to assume management of their ten apartment complexes in Mississippi and Arkansas. Noble agreed to assist her with the maintenance of the complexes. She then formed a management company, D. P. Property Managers Inc., managing over 2.5 million dollars in annual gross revenue and consisting of one office personnel, ten resident managers, one supervisor and a maintenance contractor that employed two employees, later M. L. Management was formed. She consistently received the highest rating of superior from the Mississippi Rural Development and her employees received many awards from the Mississippi Home Corp. Margaret managed their apartment complexes indifferent positions from 1993 through 2015.During this time period she held a Mississippi Broker's license and on occasions, assisted Mike Espy, United States Secretary of Agriculture, in formulating new regulations for Rural Development and rural rental properties. The following pictures and letters are of Margaret and their apartment complexes she managed 1993 through 2015. All ten complexes were developed and built by Margaret and Noble."
