In July 2005, Mike and Portia [Espy] asked Margaret and Noble to join them with Larry and Frances Jones on a trip to Africa. Margaret, Noble, Portia and Mike's first stop was Johannesburg, South Africa on August 4, 2005. They were met and hosted by David Maliki, CEO of South African Air. With David, they attended the fifth Sunday services of the 45,000 member, 8,000 seat Rhema Bible Church. Where after the service Pastor Ray Mccauley invited them to his study for a meal and visit. They then traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to visit with Larry and Frances at the Frances Jones Abandoned Baby Center and Feed The Children Compound in the Kibera slums. Margaret, Noble, Portia and Mike then departed to The Cape of Good Hope, South Africa, for a stay and tour. Then onto a jungle safari near Port [Elizabeth], South Africa, and back to Johannesburg before returning home."
