The Department of Mental Health provides a network of services to individuals who experience problems with mental illness, alcohol and/or drug abuse/dependence, or who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. The Department publishes a report on these services for each fiscal year (July-June). Paper copies of the 1997, 1998, 2000, 2003, and 2004 reports were scanned and saved as PDFs by the Department of Mental Health. More recent reports were "born digital" and saved as PDFs.
