Speeches, 2001-2008 Series 2776

The series consists of speech texts and talking points of executives at the Mississippi Division of Medicaid. Medicaid is a program jointly funded by the federal and state governments to provide health coverage for individuals whose income and resources are insufficient to pay for it. Topics of speeches include state funding, services offered to Mississippians, and differences between Medicaid and the federal program Medicare. Electronic copies of speech documents were transferred by the Division of Medicaid Public Relations Office in 2011. Access copies are provided here as PDF files.
